For decades, large brands have produced furniture designed for short-term use, destined for landfill. Today, with sustainability in fashion, they hire consultants to greenwash their legacy. But how genuine is their change of heart?
We do things differently. We build in the old-fashioned way: carefully, honestly, and to last. Steel – the foundation of our work – may not be the cleanest material to manufacture, but it remains the world’s most recycled and recyclable material. The majority of the metal we use contains a significant proportion of recycled content, and this can be recycled again indefinitely.
Most importantly, we create pieces to endure. Crafted not for seasons, but for generations. If our work ever ends up in landfill, something has gone very, very wrong. We believe in buy once and buy well.
Because we believe so strongly in the quality of our craftsmanship, every NOVOCASTRIAN product comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, for the original purchaser.
Our Lifetime Warranty
Scope of Warranty
We warrant that our work will be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.
Making a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please:

Contact us by phone or email.

Describe the defect in detail — photographs may be requested.

Assessment and Resolution: We will review your claim promptly. If it is covered under warranty, we will arrange to either repair or replace the product at our discretion. Site visits may be necessary for installed pieces.

Repair or Replacement: Confirmed defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge, including all associated shipping costs.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or unexpected environmental exposure.

Modifications or alterations to the product after delivery.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or dents.

Changes to our living finishes, such as fingerprints, surface markings, or patination — these are part of the intended evolution of the material, adding character over time, and are not considered defects.
Important Notes
This warranty is your exclusive remedy for manufacturing defects and is provided in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied. NOVOCASTRIAN is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
